Abstract

|
A squamous cell carcimoma arising in mature cystic teratoma of the right ovary in 74-years old postmenopausal woman was reported. Right ovary was measured 12×10×8 cm, 640 gm in size. Left ovary was normal appearance. Adhesion, rupture of cyst,
ascite
were not found at laparotomy.
A brief review of concerned literatures was presented.
